The status of your waiting queues at a glance

The Wallboard, designed by Yeastar Nederland, connects seamlessly to the Yeastar PBX and is intended for everyone who is looking for a clear insight into his or her call traffic and waiting queues.

Widgets

The Wallboard can entirely be tailored to your own wishes. One widget can be enlarged to make it bigger than the other widget and several waiting queues can be shown.

Below you will find some important widgets with a description of their function.

Participants
Shows how many participants are available in the waiting queue.

Participant details
Shows how many participants are available in the waiting queue and gives details on each participant.

Conversation completed
Presents the total number of conversations that have been completed. The information icon can be used for resetting.

History of persons waiting in the queue
Graphically displays the development of the number of persons waiting in the queue.

Service Level
Describes the service level performance; the percentage of conversations recorded within the service level time.

Drop-outs
Displays the number of callers who have dropped out from the waiting queue.

Next in the queue
Describes the waiting time of the caller in the queue who has waited for the longest time.

Persons waiting in the queue
Displays the number of persons waiting in the queue.

Details of persons waiting in the queue
Displays the number of persons waiting and who is waiting in the queue

Simple,  but powerful and flexible

The dashboard offers the option to display three waiting queues at the same time and can entirely be tailored to your own wishes using various widgets.
